- a problem that we have caused
- where you are unhappy about a Council service
- the way you have been treated.
You will need to give us some contact details, so that we can send you a response to your complaint.
When you have completed the form there will be a reference number for this complaint or comment / compliment. Please keep this number for future reference in case you need to contact us again about the complaint. We will quote this reference number on our reply to you.
